La Fortuna is located in the province of Alajuela, 142 kilometers (90 miles) from Liberia International Airport. A spectacular place with a warm and humid forest. And of course, how could we forget the area's main attraction? the majestic Arenal Volcano, the only conical volcano in Costa Rica's entire mountain range?
From this tour option, you'll enjoy three different activities at Sky Adventures: Sky Walk: You'll take an approximately 1:30-minute walk through the beautiful canopy on hanging bridges in search of wildlife. Take the Sky Tram. Here, you'll enjoy the ride or soar above the treetops, overlooking the great Arenal Lake, which holds a rich history. Then, you'll reach the platform. On the right side, you'll find the Mano del Arenal volcano in front of the lake, and on the left, the beautiful volcano. From this platform, described above, you'll take the Sky Trek (zip line), where you'll enjoy a beautiful adrenaline rush, hovering just a few meters above the treetops.
Between the three activities described above, we will enjoy a one-hour lunch at the adventure site's local restaurant.
Following the activities, we will head to downtown Fortuna Arenal for a tour of approximately one hour (this is for shopping if desired and to learn a little about its structure and attractions).
Finally, we will return to the same departure point.
